Charting a Course to Optimal Health Benefits!

About

Voluntary employee benefits, are additional benefits that employers offer their employees beyond the standard benefits available. Unlike core benefits such as health insurance, dental  and vision plans, voluntary benefits are optional and can be funded entirely by the employees themselves with or without payroll deductions. They are also fully portable. So, if the employee leaves the employer, they can take the benefits with them.

Moreover, these benefits can also serve as an efficient, cost-effective solution for employers. Since these benefits are funded by the employees themselves, employers can offer a wide range of benefits without significantly impacting their bottom line.  The employer doesn't need to create a payroll slot for these voluntary benefits because employees are billed directly. This allows the employer to offer these benefits without the administrative burden. Additionally, employees can still take advantage of the group pricing available with being part of a large group through AFEUSA.

These benefits can come in various forms, ranging from various medical insurance products,  coverages like dental, vision, and disability coverage to telehealth, wellness programs, and various other selections that the employer can pick from to offer to their employees. The appeal of these benefits lies in their ability to cater to the diverse needs and preferences of employees, providing them with options to enhance their overall well-being and work-life balance.

For you as an employer, offering these benefits can be a strategic move to attract and retain top talent. In today's competitive job market, companies are continuously seeking ways to differentiate themselves as employers of choice. By providing a robust menu of medical and voluntary benefits, employers can demonstrate their commitment to supporting their employees' holistic needs, thereby fostering a positive company culture and improving employee morale and loyalty.

By offering these benefits, employers can create a more attractive and competitive work environment while simultaneously empowering their employees to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives both inside and outside of the workplace.

Accident Disability and Hospital Indemnity  Plans

The Accident Disability plan is designed to help protect a portion of your income if you become disabled (as determined by a physician) as a direct result of an accident. To make things even better, this benefit doesn't coordinate with any of the other benefits you may currently have in place.

The Hospital Indemnity Plan pays you directly for being hospitalized due to covered accidents or illnesses. This can also apply to scheduled surgeries.

Limited Benefit Medical Plans

Limited-benefit medical plans allow the insured the ability to choose the maximum benefit that they will have access to in a given plan year. This grants them the ability to still have access to comprehensive medical coverage while granting them more control over managing cost. There is no longer a need to choose between the peace of mind that comes from having comprehensive medical excellent coverage and affordability.

These plans are only available for Independent Contractors (1099) self-employed people.

*Unlimited Plans are available.  Contact me or see the option below for more information.
